All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jl11 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms communicated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

jl11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
You may close your jl11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
